Payment
We can Process the following types of Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Laser

All prices are exclusive of Vat @ 21.5%.
Shipping charges and Vat are added at checkout.
The availability of stock and pricing are subject to change without further notice.
Delivery
We do not charge for Delivery at Present.
We dispatch orders within 24 hours where possible, subject to being in stock and custom programming & setup required. Weekend orders will be processed on the next working day. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the Ireland.
We only ship within the 26 counties of Ireland at present.

Guarantee
All equipment comes with a one years return to base guarantee.
If the equipment arrives dead out of the box we will replace it with a new one,
upon receipt of the damaged one.
Sometimes Registers need to be initialised prior to using for the first time see documentation enclosed in box.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping we will replace it subject to our returns policy.
All Guarantee issues will be handled by System Services only and not the original manufacturer.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping goods to us under the guarantee.
Guarantee issues do not waive the 25% restocking fee.
The guarantee is in place to cover any problems with the equipment that arise through normal use.It will not cover any problems that are caused by improper installation, maintenance or repairs not made by System Services, unauthorized modifications, or as a result of removal, improper use, abnormal operation by the buyer, or any other misuse or mistreatment of goods.
Refund and Return Policy
1. All cash registers and other products sold by System Services require some setup from us and expenses are incurred every time an order is processed, therefore, we must charge a 25% service fee if your merchandise is returned.
2. By ordering from our website or calling in your order, you agree that you can return the merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date, but must pay the restocking fee.
3. Returns are not allowed after 14 days.
4. If there is damage to the equipment upon return, you will be charged for the cost of new parts to replace the worn or damaged parts.
5. All manuals must be returned with the cash register and all cash registers must have the protective covering, including display protectors. You must return the cash register in the original box with the original packaging.
6. You are responsible for shipping costs back to System Services.
7. Shipping costs are non refundable.
8. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by us before your package is returned or we will deny shipment and the equipment will be returned to you.
If the cash register or other product that is purchased from System Services is not in new condition, do not return it, because you will be charged or denied refund.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of goods returned subject to the above conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Because we incur cost from the time you order your cash register, we are required to charge a 25% restocking fee for all cancelled cash register orders, denied shipments, and returns.If you wish to cancel your order prior to receiving the goods contact us as soon as possible to help minimise cost’s. If you wish to cancel after you receive goods see our refund and return policy.
Security Policy
System Services has a policy to operate a professional, user friendly online business offering the highest levels of security to our customers in a confidential manner.
We are committed to preserving your privacy and maintaining a secure environment for you to shop online with us.
System Services does not have access to any of your credit card details
nor are they retained by us in any way. We simply get a 'pass' or 'fail' result from Realex when your card has been processed.
We will constantly monitor our security systems and will inform you of all changes and improvements through our website.
When you create an account with System Services you will be asked to provide some personal information
(Name, address, e-mail, phone number) but not your credit card details.
When paying for your goods you will be transferred to our web store provider's secure payment server, Nitrosell. Your connection to this server will be encrypted using the 128-bit version of the industry standard encryption technology Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This technology encrypts all the information you submit, including your credit card details, thus providing a completely secure environment for your transaction. Credit card details are never held in a clear text format.

We use Realex Payments to process all card transactions ( http://www.realexpayments.com). This means that your card is being processed by Ireland's leading card transaction company, with all the security enhancements that they employ. Realex Payments use the very latest security technology to ensure that your card details are completely secure when paying on our site.
Privacy Policy
In accordance with data protection legislation we do not share, sell, distribute or in anyway disclose your information with any third parties.
All information we do gather from our customers when setting up an account with us i.e. name, address, contact number, e-mail is used solely as a way for us to communicate and process your orders efficiently. Occasionally we may use this information to send or inform you of special offers, sales or promotional products. We will not do this on a scale that will be a nuisance to our customers.
